· 7 prosWhy copy a pro’s settings?
Pro players spend years dialing in their setup — sensitivity, DPI, crosshair, mouse grip — until every pixel of muscle memory is locked in. Copying their config gives you a battle-tested starting point, not a final answer. Use it as a reference, train at it for an hour, then tweak by feel. Your hand size, grip, and surface are different — the pro’s sens just gets you in the ballpark.
What numbers actually matter?
Two values: eDPI (sens × DPI) and cm/360 (centimeters of mousepad travel for a full rotation). cm/360 is the only one that survives across games — sens and DPI are interchangeable. Most CS2 pros sit at 35–55 cm/360; Valorant duelists run tighter at 30–45 cm/360. Use our Sensitivity Converter to translate any pro’s sens into your game.
